Every demolition project begins with a careful review of the property. If the home was built before 1980, asbestos testing is required to ensure the site is safe. Bob’s Demolition provides certified testing and, if needed, complete asbestos abatement before demolition proceeds.
Step 2: Utility Disconnections
Before work begins, all active utilities must be safely shut off.

- Enmax for permanent electrical disconnects
- Atco Gas for gas service termination
- Telecommunications providers for phone, internet, and cable services
